Still trying to lose weight

My friend and I have been trying to lose weight for the last month and I’m starting to get really frustrated with myself as I will do good in the beginning of the day to only sabotage me come night time.  I’m really getting discouraged with myself because I don’t know why I do this!  Here I only had 9 lbs to lose to hit my goal and I couldn’t get it by my goal date.   I’m started to get so discouraged I feel like trying out some diet pills to see if they would work, but I can’t see me doing it.  I know it’s just a matter of watching what I eat and getting back out exercising, which I haven’t been doing.  If you were to every buy diet pills, would you ever buy diet pills online or would you rather buy them from a store?
