Hardest Time of the Year
I swear this is the hardest time of the year to try and lose weight. Maybe that’s because it seems like after Thanksgiving all the Christmas parties start happening and how to do you go to them and not participate in the food?
I know when my Dad was in the hospital last week he had told his nurse that he was hoping to go on a diet when he got home and loose some weight. She even said now is not the time to try and start dieting. Yes, it would be good to have a weight loss, but just try to maintain where you are right now instead of gaining.
So my question of the day to my readers… do you try to diet and lose weight this time of year? Or do you try to just maintain? If so, what do you do to not gain weight?
