Tried & True Tuesday ~ Cheesecake

This is the only cheesecake that I actually like because it’s so smooth. I hope you enjoy it as well!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pkg cream cheese (12 oz)

1 Cup Confecgtioners sugar

1 carton (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1 graham cracker crust

1 can of pie filling (We tend to use blueberry)

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar til smooth.
Fold in whipped topping
Spoon mixsture into crust
Top with pie filling and refrigerate til serving
